Taylors Falls M-outing-neering trip (Outing club sign-up)
Join us for a weekend of camping and climbing at Taylors Falls! We will be leaving Memorial Union in the early afternoon on Friday, the 15th and returning the evening of the 17th. We are making this trip available for 3 Outing Club participants and 3 Mountaineering Club participants. This trip is open to folks with all experience levels in the outdoors.
Rough itinerary (still somewhat tbd):
Friday, October 15th: Leave Memorial Union and drive to Interstate State Park in WI, arriving at our campsite before/around sunset. Cook dinner at campsite and do a short hike depending on arrival time.
Saturday, October 16th: Day of climbing lead by Mountaineering leaders. Potentially driving to do a short day hike. Cook breakfast at campsite, bring lunch to climbing/hiking destination, cook dinner at campsite. Have a campfire after sunset.
Sunday, October, 17th: Cook breakfast at campsite. Either climb at Taylors Falls again or begin driving home and stop at another hiking destination en route to Memorial Union. Arrive in the evening back in Madison. We will stop for lunch on the way home (bring your own food or money).

*Folks with personal cars will be given preference on this trip to keep costs down*
We will be opening this trip for sign ups on Tuesday, October 12th at 9pm.
If you have a personal vehicle that we can use for this trip, PLEASE email us (afarr2@wisc.edu, ergustafson2@wisc.edu) and we might be able to open the trip up to more participants!!
