bring your own boat to join us: Brittingham to Memorial Union paddle

No need to sign up; you can just show up.
If you have your own boat and transportation, you are welcome to join us on a paddle from Brittingham Park to Memorial Union! This is a companion to this event: https://events.hooferouting.org/event/74655
Meet at Brittingham Park (in the parking lot: Brittingham Park Parking Lot, 829 W Washington Ave, Madison, WI 53715) at 5:00 pm. We will start there and will end at Memorial Union some two to three hours later.
We plan to be off the water at sunset, but because we are paddling very close to sunset, please bring your own white light (flashlight, lantern, headlamp, etc.)
Sunset is officially 7:50 pm. After that time, unpowered boats less than 23 feet long must have a white light that can be displayed to prevent collision with other boats.
