RecHub Learning Workshop !! 

In the Hoofer Outing club (and across Hoofers and OUW), we utiliize RecHub (formerly Club Manager, i.e. members.hoofers.org) to organize most of our activities. This web-based computer software is a powerful tool with plenty of features, but with great power comes great learning curves. 

Let's get ahead of the curve and learn all about how you can leverage RecHub as a HOC leader!

Come to Mendota Lodge before the HOC General Meeting on Tues. Nov. 19 at 6PM for a live demo and Q & A on RecHub! 

? We will be learning about the following topics:

• How to post an event (specific to Outing club)

• Best practices for creating a payment option for signup

• How to choose an account for your payment option, using Dept Cards for trip funds

• Understanding user profiles, ratings, and questionairres 

• And more....

This event is tailored for outing club activity and trip leaders, to best serve the needs of those regularly posting events and working in the program. HOWEVER anyone curious about the program is welcome - new members, community members, returning leaders, LITs, everyone! If you have a specific question you want addressed, please submit it at signup and I will try my best to include as many as I can in the workshop. 

*Q & A will be closely managed in the interest of time and content. Please be courteous of others' time and submit questions beforehand if possible.
