Need practice taking a pulse? Need a refresher on how to roll a potential spinal patient? Can’t remember what SAMPLE stands for? Let’s brush up on our wilderness first aid skills and knowledge! For this first practice night, we’ll focus on reviewing the Patient Assessment System. Then we’ll have a few simple scenarios to go through all the motions. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hXQAmx2AYIk
This is intended for folks who have already taken a WFA or WFR course. We are NOT certified instructors. We just want to practice and keep our skills fresh. We'll meet in Mendota Lodge right after the weekly Tuesday meeting.
