Pictured Rocks National Lakeshore

Pictured Rocks is beautiful and it thinks you are beautiful too! Although we can't actually speak for a national lakeshore, we would hope it feels the same. 

Lol okay. Details.

Friday: Leave around 1:00 pm, drive a little over 5 hours to Pictured Rocks, and hike in just under 2 miles to the beautiful Mosquito River site. 

Saturday: Wake up, eat some beautiful pumpkin spice pancakes, and pack up. (If you have allergies, don't fret, we will accomadate you). We will then hike ten beautiful miles to the beautiful Lowney Creek site. We will eat a delicious dinner and watch a beautiful sunset.

Sunday: Wake up around 7:00 am, eat some beautiful oatmeal (perhaps pumpkin spice, perhaps apples and cinnamon, we shall see!), and hike out around a mile. We will hopefully make it back to Madison around 4:00 pm- giving us ample time to do homework and things (after all, it is a Sunday). 

The trip cost is currently $60. You may receive a little bit of money back at the end.

Please note- if you are either on the sign up list or wait list, if you have a car, you WILL be given preference on going on the trip!

This trip will be a blast- we're going to see a beautiful national lakeshore, hang with fellow Hoofers, take a weekend away from Madison, and eat some fun fall foods :)
