Come check out paddling with Hoofers. This is the first lesson you need to do any whitewater or sea kayaking with the club. We will go over boating with the club, gear, and get in boats to learn basic paddling skills.
This is part of the rating you need to be able to join for whitewater fall colors (wknd of Oct 2nd), so a good opportunity to get that out of the way while Mendota is warm. We will also knock out any swim tests for those that need it.
Bring: a swimsuit, water shoes, and a change of clothes as we will be getting wet.
