Event Information

Description
Welcome back students!   Not that we’ve all squandered away our summers on adventures near and far and are ready to buckle down to the trappings of the real world of work and classes, its time to plan a new set of outings for a new season. That season, ladies and gentlemen, is fall.

Fall is the best seasons for controlled chaos in the outdoors. Why?
- Fewer mosquitos
- More rain in our rocky Wisconsin rivers
- Hot campfire beverages
- Cool looking trees
- Apple cider donuts
- Not as stupid hot and humid

Make some space in that busted ikea dresser you rescued from the street corner for some fall nature-clothes, cause you’ll need them for all the cool stuff you’re about to do.

Come stay after the regular meeting tonight to plan some fall trips. We hope to get a few backpacking trips, canoe trips, Devils Lake excursions, and bike rides out the door. You can be a current trip leader, future trip leader, new member, or any member looking to do some outdoors. Make some friends, bring some friends, plan some things, throw it up on the calendar. We’ll have trip leaders on deck to help out.

We will also have snaxx. Sign up to determine snack amounts, cause no one likes to be short-snacked.
