[UPDATE ON LOCATION: We will meet in the Outdoor UW Offices (across the hall from the Mendota Lounge in the Boathouse).
All community members are invited to participate in an informal forum to discuss a few selected issues, such as appropriate roles and behavior within HOC. Some questions we'll discuss:- How can we best mentor and support student members and leaders?
- How can we balance sometimes different interests between students and community members?
- How do we make sure all HOC meetings, activities and trips are welcoming to students and new members?
Please note the starting time (6:30 pm); we hope to finish by 7:30 pm to accommodate members needing to gear-up for the Door County Trip. There is a strong likelihood of even more informal discussion after the caucus outside on the Terrace over beverages and food.
Expected location of the Community Caucus will be the Chart Room; we have not been able to confirm this reservation yet. Watch for an update.
