Have you got your lake lesson and want to make the next step.....here it is come do an R1 trip. A slow moving water trip with some small rapids. We will start in a pool and practice the basic skills require for all river paddling. Depending on our confidence levels after the teaching we can head downstream to try out our new found skills. We will need a second car with a roof rack in order to run this trip so please let me know if you can help with this. Also potential leaders here is your chance to help teach people River skills in a safe environment, please let me know if your interested. Also leaders don't for get Thursday nights we will start an instruction series helping you develop the skills to help our club members go further.
