Hoofer Ambassadors is looking for help to remove invasive speicies along Lakeshore Nature Preserve.
Meet at the East end of UW lot 34 next to Liz Waters residence hall.
We can take up to 25 volunteers.
- Volunteers will be removing woody invasive plants to help restore healthy woodlands on campus.
- Work gloves and tools will be provided.
- Dress to work outdoors. Long pants and closed-toe shoes are required. Long sleeved shirt is recommended.
- Work will occur off-trail on uneven terrain.
