Hoofer Outing Club Events

This is a tentative announcement of a really sweet trip... tentative because some things are not yet final but highly probable.

I am going to lead a camping trip to Governor Dodge State Park. We will go there this Saturday afternoon after buying all the food for dinner on Saturday and breakfast on Sunday and the ingredients for the Feuerzangenbowle. You don't know, what that is? Just be excited about it. I am sure you will like it! We will return sometime on Sunday.

Amongst other things (this is, where the announcement becomes very tentative ;) you will need a spot in a tent, a sleeping pad, a sleeping bag, mess kit, music instruments, other fun stuff, .... if you haven't got the necessary gear at home, talk to me. Most probably the club has the gear you need. 

The max. number of participants depends strongly on the availability of cars. So if you just get a spot on the wait list but have a car please let me know via email.

• Let's meet on Saturday at 15:00 or 3pm at the Park Street Circle.
• The temperatures are going to be in the range 3C to 9C and on Saturday it might rain. So bring appropriate clothes.
