Event Information

Description

Get ready!!  Hundreds of softly glowing lights will light the trails of Aldo Leopold Nature Center, Edna Taylor Conservancy, and Woodland Park.

It is a free event with free parking and a free shuttle.  After snowshoeing or hiking they will have a roaring bonfire with popcorn, hot chocolate, and smores available for a small fee.  Inside the Nature Center I think they charge $5 to see the nature displays.

Meet me in the hallway between Mendota lounge and the Outdoor Rental Office.  We will then gather up snowshoes.  If no snow we can hike the trails at Aldo Leopold.  We'll drive to the shuttle point and shuttle to Aldo Leopold.  An hour or two may be enough time to spend there.  We will see what the group wants to do.  Possible eat out at Culvers before heading back to campus.

I have enough room for 3 passengers in my car.  Let me know if you can drive and I can open up the event to more people.
