Pool session prep: boat clean-up session, Novembe 4, 2018 at 11:00 AM

In preparation of pool rolling sessions at MATC, we need to rinse out our club kayaks so that a summer's worth of dirt & debris doesn't end up in the MATC pool.  A separate event for Pool Rolling at the MATC pool will be posted soon.

Rolling a kayak is the act of flipping a kayak from upside down to right-side up while remaining in your boat.  A pool rolling session is where we learn this skill, practice basic skills such as paddling straight & give kayak lake lessons to those who need it.   If learning to roll a kayak or taking a kayak lake lesson in a warm pool sound interesting, please help the club get our kayaks rinsed clean in preparation for our pool rolling sessions.  Please note, first pool rolling session will held on November 11, 2018. 

We will meet inside the boat house at 11:00 AM on Sunday November 4, 2018.
