HOC Fall Leadership Retreat 2018

It's that time of the semester, folks!

The bi-annual Hoofer Outing leadership retreats provide a space in which all club leaders join together and talk about what makes Outing click - leadership! This year, I'm intending to break retreat up into three, one hour long segments that focus on particular aspects of leadership. I envision this meeting as an informative, open, and collaborative space, so if you have any interest in leading anything in Outing, please come! All club membership is encouraged to attend.

Tentative topics may include: creating a community of practice, how to grow from making mistakes, inclusivity, individual leadership style analysis, OR suggestions from YOU! Feel free to e-mail outingpresident@hoofers.org with any suggestions for things you think could be tackled in this time frame; after all, this retreat is held to build up your leadership needs and desires.
