Canoe Lake Lesson

We are leading a canoe lake lesson. This lesson distinct from the kayak lake lesson is the first step in order to take canoes out on lake Mendota and to go on club quiet water trips. 

We don’t expect to get wet or capsize but wear comfortable clothes that can get wet and shoes that stay on and can get wet. 

We will start out by learning basic canoe strokes and practice on the water and finish our lesson in the boathouse learning about the club and paddling with the club. 

There are lockers near the Outdoor Rental office for $0.25 to stash your belongings during the lesson.
