This Saturday I will lead a canoe and sea kayak trip to nearby Rock Lake in Lake Mills. This is about a 30 miles east of the Memorial Union.
We will meet at the boathouse / Park street Circle area at 10 am. Please do not be late!! For a canoe, you will need a canoe lake rating and for kayaks, you will need an SK0 rating. The cost will be about $5 for those not driving for gas sharing and boat maintenance fee. Bring water, sunscreen, maybe a lunch or snack and more water. Rock Lake is a cleaner and clearer lake then the Madison lakes.
