Wisconsin River sea kayak & canoe trip

SATURDAY, June 16th. we will lead a sea kayak and canoe trip down the Wisconsin River. We will start at the Ferry Bluff put in outside the Sauk City area. We will paddle down to the Spring Green take out near the highway 14 take out. This is about 14 miles and four hours. We will stop several times at beaches and sandbars. Be sure to bring a lunch, lots of water, sunscreen and a hat. You may want to swim so extra clothes for the ride home might be a good idea. $5 for gas sharing and $2 for boat fee. A canoe lake lesson or SK0 sea kayak rating is needed. Trip size will be limited to how many cars we have that can carry boats. Trip size may be expanded if we get more drivers. We will meet at the club boathouse / Park Street Circle area at 9 am Saturday.  We will drop boats off at the Ferry Bluff put in near Sauk City. Then some of us will run a shuttle to the takeout. Those waiting could take a short hike to the top of  Ferry Bluff for an awesome view.  Robert 608-274 9811
