Monona Bike Parade

It's Spring and that means it's time to dust off those bikes and show them to the world! The Bike Parade is an event where we try to get every single Hoofers' bike a rider and ride them around Madison. We want people on everything from the fattest fat bike to the tandem road bike, so the more the merrier. Of course you are more than welcome to come along and ride your own bike too!

The plan is to meet at the boat house at 4PM, size and assign bikes, and then bike around the Monona lake loop. This is a 12 mile loop with some gentle hills, and overall it is very beginner friendly and quite scenic. Bikes will be distributed based on rider strength(she ain't called Big Bertha for nothing) to help keep everyone in one nice big group.

The loop itself should take a max of 2 hours, allowing us to take our time and enjoy the views.
