Location: Marquee Theatre at Union South, 1308 W Dayton St room 245, Madison, WI 53715

In 2013, NOLS, with help from The North Face and REI, gathered a team of African American climbers to attempt to be the first team of color to climb Denali, the highest physical point in North America. The goal of the expedition was to create cultural role models and a broader perspective as to how to expand the outdoor community. Stephen Shobe, a member of the expedition will be at the film along with James Mills, the author of "Adventure Gap: Changing the Face of the Outdoors" will be at the film. We're also giving out 20 free copies of the book.

About NOLS: NOLS is a nonprofit wilderness school that operates all over the world. We offer courses in wilderness medicine, outdoor skills & leadership, and risk management. www.nols.edu
