Hike in Pheasant Branch Conservancy in Middleton

I am planning a day hike into the Pheasant Branch Conservancy in Middleton. This is a wooded area with a stream and spring along with a high hill called Fredericks hill.  We typically hike up the hill to see the view. We can meet at the Hoofer lounge waterfront at noon.  This is an easy hike about 2 hours or so  We should be back before  4 pm. .Weather should be nice  about 30 degrees and some light snow possible.   see http://www.pheasantbranch.org/directions.html  As with all of my trips both student and community members are welcome.
