Leadership Training Curriculum - Development Session #2

Hey everybody, we're back for another round of publicly working on a leadership training curriculum for Outing Club. We've made some more progress on this since our first developmental session about a month ago, taking into account the ideas expressed at said session. We're hoping to show you what we've come up with since then and get more feedback so as to make sure everyone's needs and opinions are still considered.

We also have a new idea for a name for this training (it's better than BLT), so come see what it is and let us know what you think!

Later this week, we will send out a brief description of what we will be doing at this session, along with an overview of our recent progress.

Please sign up if you can make it; we need as many opinions as possible, no matter how different they may be, to help make sure we do this the right way.
