Equipment Education: All about Stoves

This will be the first of many instruction classes on different equipment and outdoors skills.

This class will both help you use and pick equipment but also help keep our equipment working longer.

In this class on camping stoves (probably the most important class) I will cover

·       what types of stoves to use for different situation, car camping and backpacking stoves

·       How to use and maintain the stoves we have. It is harder than you would think

·       How to tell if your stove is actually broken

Please attend if you are intersted or plan to lead trips in the fall,

I was born into outdoor adventure, with a crazy solo-adventure father, I have spent most of my life surrounded by equipment like our own. I am often more into fixing things than using it so In these classes I will cover much of the technical information.
