I NEED MORE DRIVERS for this trip to happen. The limiting factor may be how many canoes we can carry on cars.
This is primarily intended for CANOES to get introductory ratings in whitewater. You need a canoe lake lesson and a swim test to participate. IF YOU NEED THE SWIM TEST, I will offer one immediately previous to this trip.

It's different from paddling a kayak in whitewater; you sit higher and can see futher; you use a single-bladed paddle (half the paddle- twice the paddler!); when you finally learn to roll, all kayakers will be baffled and impressed.
Please meet at 5:00PM in the Hoofer Boathouse in Memorial Union to getting gear together.
