Bike ride to Monona fireworks

On the 4th of July, there will be fireworks in Monona at the Winnequah Firemen's Park. Very difficult to drive there and park a car but great if you ride a bike there. I did this last year. So I will lead a club trip. Fireworks start at 9:20. It is a 7-mile bike ride from the Memorial Union. This takes about 45 minutes to an hour. So we will want to leave by 8:15. If you need a club bike please show up no later than 8 pm. I will bring a tarp and bug spray. You might want to bring water. VERY IMPORTANT If you need a club bike be sure to let me know. So that I can better plan the trip size. If you have a bike light or flashlight bring them. Otherwise, I do have a few extras. In the most part, we will be on a bike path or streets with little traffic until we get near the park. Robert 608-274-9811
