sea kayak local nine springs water way

I will lead a local sea kayak trip this Saturday on the Nine Springs waterway. This runs south of the beltline highway in the Capital Springs State Recreation Area. We will launch from Rutabaga Paddlesports dock and paddle the short distance towards Mud Lake then turn right into the Nine Springs Creek. A SK0 or better club rating will be needed. Bring water. Meet at the boat house/ Park Street circle (end of Park Street)  at 11:30.  We might need to portage over one bridge, so wear appropriate footwear. Cost is $2 for boat maintenance fee.
