Hi All,
I'm leading a BWCA trip starting about 1/2 way up the Gunflint trail (West Round Lake entry point) from August 18 or 19 to the 27th. I am familiar with parts of this area so that will help keep it straight forward. There about 5 short portages often done the first day that put us in some of the bigger lakes. We start and finish at the same place. If you're interested, let me know. I am also looking for planning support. If you want to learn more about the local area, I recommend Exploring the Boundary Waters, Daniel Pauly, 2005. I have an extra copy if you'd like to borrow it.
