Hi all,
Following-up on recent emails, I'm posting to organize volunteers to help with invasive species clean-up on Lake Mendota on Friday, Aug 21. We'll meet at the boathouse at 11:30a to gather gear and boats, and aim to set out in time to meet the group at Willow Beach at noon. The group will be working until about 3p, but we're free to leave early if we'd like -- personally I'd like to aim for about 2hrs, but we can be flexible.
Sounds like we'll be getting muddy -- so bring water, sunscreen, and appropriate clothes to play in!
