Description
Welcome intro to back country cooking!

We'll be using two stoves. The whisper light and the pocket rocket. We'll go over the differences between the two, what conditions each one works best in, pros/cons of both and more importantly, how to use them! We can also go over what goes into a spice kit for those who are interested. 

The dinner of choice....very simple, mac and cheese.  Although, there are many ways to be creative with mac and cheese! For those of age, feel free to bring beer.

Please bring your own bowl, spoon and four dollars to cover cost of food.
If you sign up and you can't come, let me know, that way I don't buy too much mac and cheese. 

We'll meet at the union at 5pm and then walk along the lake shore path to a nice picnic table.
