Come down to the Hoofer club every Thursday evening and learn how to teach skills and group control techniques. We will focus on a different topic or skill each week and practice how to teach it. There will be room for a little personal skill development, but this is not the point of this weekly event. This is more for current and upcoming instructors in the club. Even those leaders who have been teaching for years should come to this event, to share teaching tips and learn new techniques. Hope to see you on the water. Tadhg
So this week we will be focusing on teaching skills on land. For those of you who came last week you will understand that we practiced/talked about group control. There maybe time to do some groupcontrol on the water at the next session, which will be in a couple of weeks. Please bring a pen and paper and be prepared to stay dry. Once again come prepared to teach a skill and that way we can practice skills that will be very useful in the future. - Event Type
