If you haven't been in a cave before and want to see whether you like this activity or not, this is a great event for you.
Cave of the Mounds is actually the most beautiful cave WI has! Lots of colorful stalactites and interesting rock formations to admire. There is no need for caving equipment apart from warm clothes (cave temp. is around 55F). All passages are wide and at walking height. The adult admission ticket is $17 (pay at the entrance).
In case you have a car and want to use it, let me know and I can open up more spots, the cave location is only 30-40 min. away. We will meet at the Park Street Circle (end of North Park Street, between Memorial Union and Helen C. White buildings) at 5pm.
