Sea kayaks can paddle Lake Mendota with the canoes tonight under the full moon. Meet in the boathouse at 7:15 pm and gather the gear you will use.
SK0 rating is required, and you should put on some kind of warm-when-wet shorts or pants and a paddle jacket. The club has wetsuits and paddle jackets if you need clothing.
Bring water to drink and snack if you wish. Also, please bring your camping headlamp or a flashlight for your boat. Lights are required for night paddling by WI law.
Beverages and food on the Terrace afterward are an option.
If there is another QW or SK leader who wants to organize the sea kayakers, please fell free to do so.
