Road bike ride to Paoli - average 15+ miles/hour

I want to take my road bike out to Paoli. It's the next small village beyond Verona. I know a very nice loop with some cool rock outcroppings. I'd like to keep the pace above 15 miles/hour (but under 20). You need to bring water and possibly something to munch on. We may stop in Verona for a cookie/hot chocolate at the Sow's Ear (good place get yarn - don't ask).
Depending if there is still snow on the bike path, this is where I want to go: http://www.mapmyride.com/routes/view/650936580. The round trip is 35 miles with two formidable hills.
Meet at Park St. Circle at 12:00. I expect we'll be back well before 5:00.
I know the club has bikes/helmets, but I'm not sure if my card can get access.
