Hooferpalooza is coming and we need to organize ASAP to begin planning!
For those of you who haven't heard, Hooferpalooza is a reunion of current Hoofers with Hoofer alumni taking place May 5th-10th, starting in Madison and travelling to Hooferland for the weekend. Anyone is free to join in the activities in Madison, including paddling films, social events, and local activities. If you're interested in going to Hooferland, sign up will open a bit later and is limited by car space.
We will hold the planning meeting at 6PM on Tuesday March 3rd before the general meeting. If you are interested in helping out with logistics for the event or just interested in going on Hooferpalooza, please plan to attend! We will be creating teams to handle specific planning tasks and setting some deadlines, giving more details of current plans, and brainstorming additional ideas. - Event Type
