Lets get out in some wide open space and enjoy a nice day with mild winds. Meet across from the outdoor UW office by the lakefront, and then we will head North to view the madison coastline. The snow may be thin in spots, but the club snowshoes will grab the ice underneath nicely. This is a short trip at a mild pace, good for learning snowshoeing if you haven't tried it yet.
