- Description
- There is a candle light skiing event at Blue Mounds State Park this Saturday and we have snow! The event runs from 5:30 to 8:30 so let's meet at the union at 4:30 so we can leave no later than five. They have free cider and marshmallows at the park and some other refreshments for sale. Bring water and other snacks if you want them and dress for snow (warm coat, non-cotton layers, pants that will stay dry, hat, gloves, etc). Also bring money for a trail pass ($4/day or $20/year) and a few bucks for gas. Right now the event is limited by drivers so if you have a car and are willing to take others please let me know so I can open up spots. http://dnr.wi.gov/Calendar/Events/Parks/index.asp
