Note: Participation is based on who else can
drive. I've got a car that can take 3 more people. I'll expand the trip
depending on if we can get more drivers. Please email me if you can
drive and if you need to borrow gear
The Plan
- Meet at Hoofer cage (Mem. Union) at 6:00 to get gear.
- Drive to Gov Nelson State Park (North side of Lake Mendota)
- Ski from 7 - 9 (or so)
Who can go
This trip requires people with former experience. The terrain is not so challenging, however I'd like make the pace faster than a beginner trip.Bring
- Warm clothes (layers are better) - no cotton, like jeans
- Water, something to munch on, and something to carry it with
- A couple of bucks for gas costs for drivers and a trail pass
- Meet at Hoofer cage (Mem. Union) at 6:00 to get gear.
