- Even though you may be in the midst of midterms, the time to start thinking about break trips is now! These are some of the best opportunities to travel far from Madison or spend a week in the wilderness. Come to the meeting on Tuesday night at 7PM and learn about past spring and winter trips, plans for this coming year, or connect with resources to start your own adventure! Hear about backpacking in Zion National Park, world-class cross-country skiing in Northern Wisconsin, canoeing and kayaking in the Ozarks and more! If you've lead or been on a winter or spring break trip with the club, it would be awesome to hear about your experiences (and see pictures). If you have a trip already in the works for this year, send me an e-mail and I'll make sure to add it to the agenda!
