Word on the street is we need some more canoe lessons. So, here's a canoe lesson.
Canoeing is pretty awesome. If you are interested in canoeing, this lesson is required to earn access to the club's fleet of fine royalex and aluminium beauties, finer boats have never graced the waters of Lake Mendota. We'll go over the basics of canoe use, paddling technique and steering. After the lesson you'll be able to take a boat out when weather is good, and participate in club trips like FALL COLORS.
Bring a towel and a change of clothes. This lesson doesn't require you to get in the lake, but it is always good to be prepared.
