Meet outside the Hoofer lounge where we have our meetings at 6pm. We will get our gear ready and ensure it fits (kayak, paddle, PFD, sprayskirt), before getting on the water. Once on the water we will go through some basic strokes and then do a wet exit from the kayak. Towards the end of the class we will have a debrief and go through the rules of the lake lesson. Wear clothing that are suitable for water sports, no cotton clothing!!! You can always borrow a wetsuit if you get cold easy.
